Presentation Of Baby Resuscitaire To The Emergency Department And Paediatric Department
The Baby Resuscitaire was donated by Morriston Hospital League of Friends to support the Emergency Department and Paediatric Department in Morriston Hospital. The donation gives a safe working area for unwell small babies which is mobile and able to hold all the necessary equipment for the use in neonatal/paediatric emergency within arms reach. It has its own heater which will ensure the baby is kept warm at all times during any procedures and is complete with oxygen and suction. Before this generous donation the Emergency Department or Paediatric Department did not have access to such a specialist piece of equipment which cost £9,600. The Resuscitaire was purchased from the proceeds of the League of Friends annual Golf Charity Day held in 2012.
